Conveniently located office on Telegraph Canyon Road, near Hwy. 805. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays and evenings. Fees are payable at the time of service. I am on most health insurance panels, and as a courtesy will bill your insurance company. I offer an initial 15-minute telephone consultation at no charge. Call to arrange a time.
